Key Responsibilities:
As a Patient Financial Services Representative, you will:
  • Utilize exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to assist patients and their families.
  • Address inquiries related to insurance, billing, and financial concerns.
  • Conduct interviews with patients and relatives to establish payment plans or provide financial assistance.
  • Resolve issues related to insurance discrepancies and offer necessary financial support.
