- Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash advances, while maintaining accurate records and balancing daily transactions.
- Assist members with account maintenance, including opening and closing accounts, renewing term deposits, and answering questions about Credit Union services.
- Actively cross-sell Credit Union products and services, promoting our offerings to members and helping them achieve their financial goals.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as completing reports, maintaining records, and assisting other departments as needed.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to operate related computer applications and other business equipment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
