Key Responsibilities- Training Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive sales training programs, including new hire onboarding, product knowledge, sales techniques, and soft skills. Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and tailor programs to address skill gaps and improve performance.
- Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions in both classroom and virtual environments. Facilitate role-playing exercises, sales simulations, and other hands-on activities to reinforce learning. Provide individualized coaching and feedback to sales representatives to help them apply training concepts to real-world scenarios.
