Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant Manager to join our team at Lorven Technologies. As an Office Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintaining an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
• Organizing storage space and ensuring a clutter-free workspace
• Maintaining files and ensuring accurate record-keeping
• Welcoming and directing visitors to the office
• Taking and delivering messages and ensuring timely communication
• Ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently
• Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees
• Coordinating events and activities, such as All Hands' Meetings
• Working with Facilities to address repairs and construction needs
• Serving as a Fire Safety Marshall and ensuring compliance with safety protocols

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
