Job Title: Change Management PM

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Consulting Associate in Change Management to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. This position will support the PMO practice with a strong focus on change management, executive communications, deliverables management, and related functions.

This is a six-month contract position with the potential for extension. The role is based in Atlanta, GA, and candidates must be local residents. While the position may offer work from home opportunity, candidates must be available to report to the office on short notice as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans.
  • Conduct analysis of change impacts on various stakeholders and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions during project implementations.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on change management activities and outcomes to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members on change management best practices.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in change management, project management, or related roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Proven experience in executive communications and deliverables management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
