Position Overview:
This role is pivotal in the establishment and execution of a robust Global Supply Chain Management (SCM) Training & Compliance initiative. The SCM Training Specialist will be responsible for crafting curriculum and instructional materials that elevate the capabilities and compliance of the Global SCM team. This includes collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and various stakeholders to develop tailored learning strategies that align with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive SCM training methodologies that resonate with the organization’s core competencies and objectives.
- Work closely with SCM leadership and SMEs to define learning goals and conduct thorough needs assessments.
- Analyze information from SMEs to compile content requirements for training materials.
- Develop instructional strategies that engage learners effectively and meet established learning objectives.
- Collaborate with instructors to create and finalize instructional materials, including facilitator and participant guides.
- Present recommendations on curricula and instructional methods for training sessions.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and internal policies to ensure training content remains relevant and accurate.
- Prepare and submit reports to management in a timely manner.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Address inquiries related to SCM training and facilitate open communication.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain or instructional design within the oil & gas sector.
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven project management expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Spotfire and PowerBI.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in internal consulting and coaching.
- Knowledge of instructional design strategies, particularly the ADDIE model.
- Understanding of adult learning principles.
- Ability to conduct front-end analysis for the development of both instructor-led and eLearning courses.
- Experience in creating storyboards for eLearning.
- Proficiency in developing training materials, including participant and instructor guides.
- Familiarity with authoring tools, particularly Articulate Storyline.

Compensation:
The pay range for this position is competitive and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
