Job Overview
Brightspeed is actively seeking a Lead Account Executive for our Sales and Channel Management – Community Transformations division. In this pivotal role, the Lead Account Executive will focus on expanding partnerships within the Multi-Unit Dwelling (MDU) and Single-Family Home (SFH) sectors through effective contract negotiations with developers, property managers, and builders.
The Lead Account Executive will inform developers about Brightspeed's offerings and negotiate optimal agreements to facilitate the provision of fiber services to both new and existing properties.
This position requires a strong background in business development, conflict resolution, and funnel management. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for nurturing long-term relationships and a proven track record of surpassing sales targets. This role may involve travel outside the home state.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountability for achieving and exceeding designated sales targets and monthly revenue goals.
- Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to identify new MDU and single-family home construction opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Creating and sustaining a comprehensive sales funnel to capture every potential opportunity in the region.
- Fostering strong customer relationships and ensuring an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.
- Managing daily sales activities, funnel performance, territory oversight, and customer-centric sales initiatives.
- Engaging in community and industry events to enhance opportunities for new business acquisition.
- Demonstrating leadership in industry knowledge and understanding the competitive landscape of the territory.
- Negotiating terms and contracts for building entrance agreements, bulk pricing, and marketing collaborations.
- Collaborating closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions for clients and ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Monitoring customer fiber installations to guarantee timely project completion and keeping clients informed of key milestones.
- Proactively addressing challenges and swiftly resolving any issues that may arise.
