Job Summary

In this sales role, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies for our Water Solutions to current and future customers. You will provide input and participate in the marketing, market planning, and technical development of products and services. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate sales professional who can build strong relationships with our customers and drive business growth.

Primary Job Duties
  • Support Market Strategies & Goals: You will work closely with our operations team to support market strategies and goals within your assigned region.
  • Direct Identification & Closure of Sales Opportunities: You will be responsible for identifying and closing sales opportunities for our Water Solutions.
  • Establish Relationships with Customers: You will establish relationships with current and prospective customers to understand their water solution needs and provide solutions to secure their business.
  • Manage Assigned Accounts: You will manage assigned accounts to ensure continued business and growth within the account.
  • Track Sales Activity: You will track all sales activity in HubSpot every Friday.
  • Research and Update Region Hit List: You will research and update the assigned region hit list monthly.
  • Leverage Market Research: You will leverage market research to determine customer needs and provide information to other staff.
  • Service Timelines and KPIs: You will establish and maintain service timelines for every dedicated account with monthly KPIs.
  • Evaluate Product & Service Marketability: You will evaluate the marketability of our products and services in terms of customers' technical needs.
  • Follow up on Sales Leads: You will follow up on sales leads and maintain current customer satisfaction.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: You will keep current with industry trends and technical developments that affect target markets.
  • Establish Industry Contacts: You will establish and maintain industry contacts that lead to sales.
  • Promote Business: You will promote business through the use of traditional and non-traditional marketing tools that encourage contact and interaction with existing customers and develop relationships with potential customers.
  • Attend Industry Events: You will attend industry events, such as SPE, OIPA, and API, on a monthly basis.
  • Communicate with Operations Team: You will communicate daily with the local operations team, RBM, and BDD.
  • Quarterly Stewardship Report: You will provide a quarterly stewardship report to customers.
Required Competencies / Prerequisites
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing: You must have a bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 Years of Sales Experience: You must have 2-5 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas Industry: You must have experience in the oil and gas industry or other applicable industries.
  • Proven Record of Success in Sales: You must have a proven record of success in sales.
  • Ability to Sell and Provide Solutions: You must be able to sell and provide solutions to customers.
  • Excellent Negotiating, Communication, and Computer Skills: You must have excellent negotiating, communication, and computer skills.
  • Ability to Build Strong Relationships: You must be able to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Understanding of Commercial and Contract Language: You must have an understanding of commercial and contract language.
  • Technical Aptitude: You must have technical aptitude.
Preferred Competencies / Prerequisites
  • Knowledge of Water Treatment Units and/or Saltwater Disposal Operations: You must have knowledge of water treatment units and/or saltwater disposal operations.
