Job Title: Front Desk Agent

Join the Accor team as a Front Desk Agent and be part of a dynamic and diverse team that delivers exceptional guest experiences. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing transactions.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel, its services, and local attractions to provide recommendations and suggestions to guests.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Meet and exceed guest satisfaction targets, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
