Job Overview

Motor Works Auto is seeking a dedicated full-time Automotive Service Center Supervisor to lead our workshop and manage our talented team in the Park Rapids, MN region. This supervisory role offers a competitive salary along with a monthly performance bonus and additional incentives, totaling approximately $75,000 - $100,000 annually.

Daily Responsibilities

As an Automotive Service Center Supervisor, you will manage our daily operations, assist customers, and lead the team. Clearly and effectively, you will present the best solutions for vehicle repairs and address any inquiries or concerns they may have. You will also consistently promote our services while maintaining integrity and transparency. Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive repair, preferably in service management or fixed operations
  • Experience in automotive repair estimation and generating repair orders

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
