The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation of rehabilitation services in their assigned community, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and achieving the best possible outcomes for patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Collaborate with supervisors to onboard, manage, and develop employees through strong leadership and effective management skills.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and core values.
  • Operational Management
    • Manage daily staffing and utilization, including scheduling.
    • Coordinate and participate in training programs for facility staff, patients, families, and rehabilitation staff.
  • Clinical Management
    • Oversee case management, care planning, and patient identification.
    • Ensure compliance with company and facility policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Quality Improvement
    • Promote new program development with a focus on functional outcomes to improve the quality of life of patients served.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Successful completion of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Physical Therapy Assistant, or Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
    • Minimum of one (1) year of hands-on clinical experience in a therapy services role.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
    • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
  • License and Certification
    • Current valid Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapy Assistant license to practice in the appropriate state.
