YOUR ROLE AS AN AUTO SERVICE SALES ADVISOR
In this position, you will engage with customers to assess their vehicle repair and service needs. You will oversee the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, providing regular updates to customers. This involves supervising technicians by monitoring their time management, efficiency, parts ordering, and job completion timelines. Your customer service expertise will be vital in building strong relationships and rapport with clients. QUALIFICATIONS WE SEEK
