Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and restocking shelves.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, including heavy lifting and bending.
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment, including reporting any hazards or concerns to management.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with special projects and events, such as store remodels and holiday decorations.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
