Product Management Coordinator, Women's Footwear

Position Overview
Assist the brand manager in overseeing the product lifecycle from inception to production.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the tracking, receiving, and shipping of product samples throughout the development season. Address customs clearance challenges proactively. Anticipate critical deadlines within the seasonal calendar to ensure timely delivery of samples and prototypes for key meetings; maintain and share sample statistics with relevant teams. Coordinate the tracking of photoshoot samples for the Hong Kong Studio and ensure style information is accurate. Pre-code sales invoices for offline sample orders, confirming product receipt as billed. Establish the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) framework for upcoming seasons, assisting Brand Managers in creating the PLM Bill of Materials (BOM); input, update, and finalize all product details and costing within the PLM software. Input factory costs for global vendors and ensure accurate costing at prototype and market stages. Compile and analyze Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data from relevant systems to support strategic initiatives. Engage with the team to maintain a strong connection to the product line, ensuring familiarity with key product details. Participate in material readiness meetings to support data accuracy; manage E-Commerce product attributes as required. Process invoices using the Ariba system and follow up on outstanding vendor payments as necessary. Support the HTS and Attribute processes; manage E-Commerce product attributes as needed. Assist with PLM costing extension tasks and coordinate fit sessions, risk assessment meetings, and wear testing.
Qualifications and Skills
- This position requires in-office attendance five days a week.
- Entry-level role, with a preference for candidates possessing experience in the fashion industry and familiarity with PLM.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, with the ability to work closely with Design, Raw Materials, and Merchandising Teams, as well as Sourcing Offices.
- Demonstrates resourcefulness and adaptability; capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Embodies the core values of the Ralph Lauren brand.
