Job Title: Insurance Senior Solutions Producer

At First Mid Bank & Trust, we are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Senior Solutions Producer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal contacts to deliver service to customers throughout the First Mid franchise.
  • Generate prospects for new business through First Mid channels and meet with prospects to gather underwriting information, deliver quotes, and close sales.
  • Handle customer service requests in conjunction with other staff members and cross-sell other insurance and bank products in a professional manner.
  • Complete and maintain required training and licensing associated with job functions.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree or the equivalent, as well as prior successful sales and account management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to sell, and strong oral and written communication skills, including computer literacy.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and identify insurance product solutions to those needs.
