Job Overview

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for scheduling caregivers based on availability and client needs, updating schedules as needed, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

* Schedule caregivers for client assignments based on availability and client needs
* Update schedules as needed and distribute to all parties involved
* Maintain accurate records of client and caregiver schedules, availability, and information
* Input new client and employee information into our systems
* Review schedule accuracy for payroll and billing
* Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous experience with high-volume scheduling preferred
* Ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a copy machine, multi-line telephone, computer, printer, and fax machine
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
