Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Host. As a key member of our studio team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, supporting studio operations, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service and build lasting relationships with new and loyal clientele.
  • Support the client experience and studio operations during each shift, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our clients.
  • Quickly and efficiently resolve client issues in the moment or with timely follow-up.
  • Proficiently schedule and prioritize the Zenoti booking system to drive revenue and balance client/team member needs.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in retail, spa/salon, or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize to support the flow of clients and team.
