Position Overview:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome guests and provide insightful information regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Efficiently manage the check-in process, handle financial transactions, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Respond to phone inquiries, take messages, and assist guests with various requests.
