Position Overview:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome guests and provide insightful information regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Efficiently manage the check-in process, handle financial transactions, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
  • Respond to phone inquiries, take messages, and assist guests with various requests.
  • Address guest complaints and emergencies with professionalism and care.

Required Qualifications:
