- Process customer transactions, including cash, checks, and credit card payments.
- Operate the switchboard telephone system and direct customers to the appropriate department.
- Assist managers with various clerical duties as needed.
- Be friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees.
- Familiarize yourself with department structures and internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently.
- Create loan car contracts using our dealership's computer system.
- Thoroughly inspect loan car vehicles, checking for damages, and ensuring all vehicles are clean.
- Reconcile toll and gas fees.
- File necessary insurance claims.
- File service invoices and loan car contracts.
- Set up active deliveries and valets.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
- Available to work flexible hours on weeknights and weekends.
- Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs, and requests to management and sales personnel.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Clean driving record.
