Job Title: Guest Services Ambassador

The Guest Services Ambassador will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at the Miller LiteHouse. This dynamic and interactive position will focus on the guest services desk and how guests interact with the experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to guests, engaging them, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a memorable experience.
  • Offer general information on local landmarks and dining options to enhance the guest experience.
  • Assist guests with processing ticket orders and purchasing private tour experiences.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the attraction's layout, experiences, and operational details to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a welcoming environment and maintain the guest services desk.
  • Perform other duties as necessary or required by management, including documenting guest interactions, updating customer information, and producing reports.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a host, operations, or related role, preferably in an attraction, entertainment, or hospitality environment.
  • High level of professionalism and customer service skills.
  • Ability to memorize historical and technical information.
  • Multi-lingual or sign language capabilities a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, energetic, and outgoing personality with a creative and proactive approach to work.
  • Computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
