If you are a seasoned investment banker seeking a challenging role outside of traditional financial hubs, Harrison Co. is currently seeking candidates for positions at our headquarters in Salt Lake City, UT, with potential relocation to Miami, FL, after one year.
We are in search of a driven and competitive individual to join our team as an investment banking associate. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience in investment banking and be currently functioning at an associate level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform typical duties of an investment banking associate, including problem-solving, drafting marketing materials, financial modeling, and valuation.
- Engage with clients and buyers through information requests, managing data rooms, buyer outreach, and client meetings.
- Lead projects, supervise analysts as part of a team, and manage a diverse range of responsibilities and managerial tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background.
- Two years of experience in an investment banking firm primarily focused on capital raising, buy-side, and sell-side advisory services.
- Strong critical thinking and persuasive writing skills.
- Highly proficient in Excel within a professional setting.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Possession of Series 63, 79 licenses, and Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam required at the time of hiring or shortly thereafter.
