- Work Order Management: Prepare and complete maintenance requests and work orders, while updating daily logs accordingly.
- Groundskeeping: Maintain the casino grounds and RV park through landscaping duties, including mowing, raking, and managing flower beds.
- Snow Removal: Clear sidewalks and driveways, including shoveling and removing snow from parking areas.
- Landscape Care: Regularly inspect and tend to lawns, shrubs, and flower beds to ensure they meet established standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate lawn and grounds equipment, such as power mowers and snow blowers, and perform minor mechanical work on these tools.
- Waste Management: Collect and dispose of trash and refuse throughout the property.
- Lighting Maintenance: Replace various types of light bulbs, typically at heights of 12 feet or less.
