Job Title: Executive Director/General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Director/General Manager to lead our senior living community in Washington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service and promoting a positive relationship with staff, residents, and family members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all community operations and quality of services
  • Manage the community's budget and cash flow, ensuring financial stability
  • Supervise and motivate department directors, supervisors, and staff
  • Maintain resident satisfaction through consistent delivery of high-quality services
  • Develop and implement sales and operations strategies and tactics for the community
  • Manage the community's budget and cash flow, maintain budget accountability, and aggressively anticipate and minimize negative budget variances and deficits
  • Provide leadership for staff and residents, proactively solving problems and issues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or human services
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a progressive leadership role in senior living or hotel operations
  • Compliance and understanding of federal, state, and local regulations regarding residents' rights
  • Successful history of building teams and meeting financial goals
  • Knowledge of various computer systems and CRM software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A high degree of accuracy in all assignments, integrity, and ability to manage time effectively
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to motivate
  • Capacity to work evenings and/or weekends, and be on-call 24/7
