Position Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Center Representative to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional customer support, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

  • Prepare items for shipment and manage the shipping process
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming environment for customers
  • Engage in various tasks as required, including standing, bending, and reaching

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a retail or customer service environment is advantageous
  • Background in sales or related fields is beneficial
  • Willingness to work on weekends
  • Flexibility to open or close the store as necessary
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Exhibit a positive and professional attitude
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A commitment to being part of a results-oriented team
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred
