COMPENSATION: $25/hour for candidates fluent in Spanish

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service within a Call Center or Office Environment

HIRING PROCESS: Selection based on resume and assessment scores (NO CLIENT INTERVIEW)

ROLE DETAILS: This role involves providing customer support in a call center environment for a Pharmacy Benefit Management organization. Expect to handle approximately 80 calls daily, with 90% being inbound inquiries and 10% for follow-up purposes. Representatives will assist callers from Medicare Part D, Members, or Healthcare Providers.
