As a Front Desk Liaison at Orangetheory Fitness, you will be the face of our studio, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our members. Your primary focus will be on greeting and welcoming clients, providing studio tours, and introducing them to our unique fitness concept.

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients
• Conduct studio tours and introduce clients to our fitness concept
• Work closely with trainers to guide clients through their first Orangetheory workout
• Sell memberships and promote our studio to prospective clients
• Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our brand
• Ensure all areas of the studio are clean and organized
