We are currently looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee our operational teams, manage external contractors, and ensure outstanding service delivery. This position reports directly to the Vice President.

COMPENSATION:

Competitive salary based on experience.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, starting early in the morning, with the expectation of 8 to 10 hours of work per day, including occasional weekend shifts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee roofing projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
  • Collect interior measurements and relay information to the estimating team.
  • Handle customer inquiries and address concerns through effective communication.
  • Conduct pre-project meetings with clients and team leaders.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols for each project.
  • Perform safety inspections on all job sites.
  • Participate in weekly production meetings.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

  • Report to the office at the designated start time each workday, ensuring operational readiness for the team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in general construction, project management, or roofing.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Proven supervisory capabilities.
  • Ability to inspire and guide team members positively.
  • Strong knowledge of roofing materials and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in using computers and relevant technology.
  • Familiarity with roofing regulations and safety standards is preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This role primarily involves office work, utilizing computers and communication tools. Site visits may be required occasionally, necessitating physical activity such as standing, climbing, and lifting light objects.
