Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all GMP, PPE, Safety, HACCP, and Sanitation protocols.
  • Unload incoming raw materials, ensuring proper labeling and documentation of all received items.
  • Accurately weigh and record product weights, maintaining detailed logs.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely availability of materials, minimizing operational downtime.
  • Implement FIFO inventory practices to maintain product freshness.
  • Be versatile in performing various warehouse tasks, including line feeding and picking.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3-5 years of experience operating forklifts, including stand-up models.
  • Proficient in using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with basic math comprehension.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and multitask effectively.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, cold, and wet environment.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and experience in training others in a warehouse setting.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is required.

Work Environment:

This role involves working at heights and near moving machinery, with exposure to cold temperatures for extended periods. The position may also require working in humid conditions and near airborne particles. The noise level in the warehouse is typically loud.
