We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our Healthcare Division, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our business, ensuring the highest level of performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management & Analysis: Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, reconciliation, and management of purchase activities for assigned client portfolios, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
- Reviewing, Monitoring, and Reporting: Review and monitor financial performance to budget/forecast of assigned book of business to various stakeholders.
- Analytical Excellence: Apply advanced analytical skills to perform detailed financial analysis, supporting decision-making and strategic planning.
- Strategic Influence & Automation: Leverage automation tools and technologies to streamline financial processes and reporting, driving efficiency and accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with National Account Executives (NAE), Regional Account Managers, corporate finance, and external clients, ensuring alignment and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- Team Leadership: Manage directly and indirectly a team through mentorship, training, and support, fostering a leadership style that encourages accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Client-Facing Excellence: Deliver exemplary customer service to both internal and external clients, managing conflicting needs and requirements with diplomacy and effectiveness.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (MBA preferred)
- Experience: 3-5 years relevant work experience
- Skills: Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, modeling) required, and Access database knowledge preferred
- Personal Qualities: Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently, ability to take ownership and accountability for assigned book of business, and excellent organizational skills
