Each day, you will collaborate with our team to uphold production standards and strive for enhanced efficiency while ensuring the quality of our products remains uncompromised. Maintaining a safe working environment and effectively communicating any production challenges to the manufacturing supervisor are essential to our collective success.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Performing assembly tasks using hand and power tools while executing related duties
- Conducting basic maintenance and repairs on machinery
- Keeping the workspace and equipment clean and organized
- Adhering strictly to safety protocols and wearing appropriate safety gear to ensure a secure and accident-free environment
- Reading and comprehending operation manuals for machinery and equipment
- Operating various machinery and equipment
- Packaging finished products for distribution
- Maintaining accurate records of materials and equipment
What You Bring to the Team:
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Capability to read, understand, and follow established processes and procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and data entry
- Experience using measuring devices, hand tools, and power tools
- Physical capability to lift up to 60 pounds, climb ladders up to 15 feet, and remain active throughout the shift
- Ability to repetitively:
- Grip and manipulate hand tools
- Bend, twist, and reach overhead
- Handle small components such as screws and fasteners
