Each day, you will collaborate with our team to uphold production standards and strive for enhanced efficiency while ensuring the quality of our products remains uncompromised. Maintaining a safe working environment and effectively communicating any production challenges to the manufacturing supervisor are essential to our collective success.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing assembly tasks using hand and power tools while executing related duties
  • Conducting basic maintenance and repairs on machinery
  • Keeping the workspace and equipment clean and organized
  • Adhering strictly to safety protocols and wearing appropriate safety gear to ensure a secure and accident-free environment
  • Reading and comprehending operation manuals for machinery and equipment
  • Operating various machinery and equipment
  • Packaging finished products for distribution
  • Maintaining accurate records of materials and equipment

What You Bring to the Team:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Capability to read, understand, and follow established processes and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and data entry
  • Experience using measuring devices, hand tools, and power tools
  • Physical capability to lift up to 60 pounds, climb ladders up to 15 feet, and remain active throughout the shift
  • Ability to repetitively:
    1. Grip and manipulate hand tools
    2. Bend, twist, and reach overhead
    3. Handle small components such as screws and fasteners
