Job Title: HR Technology Product Manager

Fortrea is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Technology Product Manager to oversee and optimize our suite of HR applications. The successful candidate will manage multiple HR systems and develop a cohesive strategic roadmap to ensure these applications work seamlessly together.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the administration and ongoing maintenance of multiple HR applications.
  • Ensure seamless integration between various HR systems to create a unified technology landscape.
  • Collaborate with vendors and our AMS provider to manage system updates, resolve technical issues, and implement enhancements.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for HR technologies by assessing current HR technology capabilities and identifying opportunities for integration, optimization, and future growth.
  • Lead and manage projects related to the implementation, upgrade, or integration of HR applications.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance to identify and address areas for improvement.
  • Drive initiatives to streamline processes and improve user experience across HR technologies.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all HR systems.
  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to track system performance, user adoption, and ROI.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.
  • 5+ years of experience managing HR technology systems with a proven track record in application administration and integration.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and executing strategic roadmaps for HR technology solutions.
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
Experience:
  • Experience with HR applications such as LMS, Talent Management, Candidate Engagement Platforms, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of data integration tools and techniques.
  • Understanding of HR compliance regulations and data privacy standards.
  • Familiarity with process automation and system customization.
  • Advanced computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Power Point).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in computer science, information technology, data science, or a related field.
  • Experience in a Clinical Research Organization or healthcare-related industry.
Pay Range:$110,000-145,000
