About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Operations Manager to oversee the game/event day operation of assigned Local Eats Bar location(s) at Raymond James Stadium. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and alcohol service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the staff and operation of assigned Local Eats bar location(s) during events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest service.
  • Conduct beginning and ending inventories of assigned bar(s), monitoring inventory levels and ensuring that the bar does not run out of product.
  • Prior to the start of the event, ensure locations are clean and that all equipment is in good working condition.
  • Solve problems, including guest service related issues, and reach out for additional help when needed.
  • Complete end of event responsibilities, ensuring that all paperwork has been completed and locations have been cleaned properly.
  • Adhere to Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and elevated time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a related role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
  • Previous bartending and/or bar management experience required.
  • Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications.
  • Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks, including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours in a single shift while navigating ramps, stairs, and elevators.
  • Requires lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 lbs.
  • Outdoor venue, indicative of heat and humidity based on weather conditions. Work environment may be within extreme temperatures.
  • Ability to learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus, and complete tasks independently.
  • Make timely decisions in the context of workflow and operation efficiencies.
  • Ability to communicate and lead teams to complete tasks in situations where timing is essential.
  • Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers, USF games, and major stadium events.
  • Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures, and regulations, complete company-wide safety training, and additional job-specific safety training.
