This role of Hospitality Operations Leader is centered around ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of our Team Members, Guests, and Company assets. You possess a genuine passion for hospitality and a deep care for people. Your approach is engaging yet focused, maintaining a high level of professionalism. As a key member of Bar Louie's leadership team, your primary responsibility is to drive profitable sales within your gastrobar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support various departments within a designated location, making a meaningful impact daily until a permanent placement is established.
  • Embody Bar Louie's Mission, Vision, and Values in your daily operations.
  • Exhibit a strong commitment to cleanliness, safety, and accurate financial reporting.
  • Establish effective communication and reporting procedures to enhance service and cleanliness.
  • Facilitate and lead management meetings with essential business leaders.
  • Oversee the hiring, management, scheduling, and training of supervisors and staff members.
  • Manage food costs through precise ordering, weekly inventory maintenance, and financial report analysis.
  • Clearly communicate standards and cooking methods to staff, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Promote a safe working environment to minimize the risk of injuries and accidents.
  • Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness in accordance with Company and Health Department standards.
  • Lead various operational topics including P/L, local marketing, employee lifecycle, and guest service.
  • Work a flexible schedule of 50+ hours per week, aligning with guest and business needs.
  • Contribute as a member of the Leadership Team, supporting all Company objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as required based on business needs.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality or restaurant management, with a strong interest in food service.
  • At least 1 year of managerial experience with proven results is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and organization.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, renowned for your hospitality.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and personal growth.
  • Professional demeanor while representing Bar Louie.
Physical Requirements

The Hospitality Operations Leader must be prepared to travel to various locations within a designated market until a permanent position is established. The time frame for placement varies based on market needs. This role requires frequent communication with Guests and Team Members, as well as the ability to lift and manipulate objects as necessary.
