Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Finance and HR Operations Manager to join our team at Dynamic Office & Accounting Solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial integrity and human resource management of our organization.

Location: Pleasant Hill, CA
Salary Range: $95-120k
Employment Type: Full-Time, 8am-4:30pm
Position Type: Direct Hire

As a Finance and HR Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture while overseeing the financial health of the company. Your dual expertise in human resources and finance will be essential in guiding recruitment efforts, formulating policies, and managing financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire recruitment process, manage employee relations, and support training and development programs.
  • Administer HRIS systems, ensure accurate employee records, and oversee employee benefits.
  • Formulate, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze financial documents, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, monitor cash flow, and collaborate with external auditors.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Accounting.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and Accounting roles, preferably in the environmental sector.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online, HRIS, and other accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance and best practices.
  • Professional certifications are a plus.
