Position Overview:

  • Support customers in their healthcare journeys by processing prescriptions, delivering clinical services, offering therapeutic advice, providing outstanding customer service, and supervising pharmacy staff.
  • Interact with customers to offer guidance on managing health conditions, utilizing clinical tools and personalized communication methods.
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services in accordance with state laws, including adherence support, immunizations, medication therapy management, diagnostic testing, and more.
  • Ensure the precision and suitability of all prescriptions by performing Drug Utilization Reviews and Final Quality Assurance checks.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and patient care teams to deliver patient-centered care and enhance health and wellness outcomes.
  • Oversee pharmacy staff, offering leadership, training, and performance evaluations to maintain an efficient pharmacy department.
  • Address customer concerns to guarantee satisfaction and manage all pharmacy operations in alignment with Rite Aid's policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is required.
  • Active Pharmacist License in the state of practice.
  • Immunization Certification and CPR Certification are mandatory.
  • Exceptional skills in building customer relationships.
  • Ability to foster innovation and adapt to evolving circumstances.
  • Experience in a dynamic, customer-oriented setting.
