- Actively participate in Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) meetings to highlight concerns and formulate validation plans.
- Analyze test data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement in the performance and reliability of electronic components.
- Deliver detailed test reports that summarize findings, conclusions, and recommendations for design enhancements or corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the overall quality of our innovative iron-air battery technology.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
- A minimum of 4 years of industry experience in electronics testing, preferably within the energy storage sector or a related field.
- Expertise in developing test protocols and validation plans, along with a strong ability to diagnose root cause issues encountered during testing.
- Familiarity with UL or ISO standards for electronics testing and experience in developing internal standards.
- Proficient in using data acquisition hardware such as Dewesoft, Keysight, or NI.
- Strong skills in Python, SQL, MATLAB, or equivalent software for data analysis, as well as knowledge of standard communication protocols such as CAN, RS232, or LXI.
- Experience in programming and controlling test equipment using Python, ladder logic, Arduino IDE, or similar tools.
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and effectively communicate findings to diverse audiences.
- Strong collaborative skills, with a proactive approach to gathering input from stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams.
