Join a pioneering company that's revolutionizing the energy industry with its innovative iron-air battery technology. As a Senior Reliability Engineer, Electrical Systems, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and lifetime of our enclosures and deployed systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement design for reliability best practices for critical electrical systems and subcomponents.
  • Collaborate with design owners to de-risk and down-select next-iteration enclosure and system design concepts.
  • Design, execute, and analyze experiments to evaluate failure mechanisms and acceleration factors.
  • Engage with external vendors to drive and monitor reliability and lifetime testing of electromechanical components.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of industry experience in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or reliability engineering.
  • Hands-on experience testing electrical systems and components, including experience with electronics test equipment and ability to write commands and test scripts.
  • Familiarity with developing accelerated lifetime tests to assess component reliability across various operating conditions.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills within a group of peers and the broader organization.
