  • Update member accounts as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and professionalism
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including opening, closing, and mid-day shifts
  • Ability to tour members and provide exceptional customer service
  • Aid other departments with related tasks, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation

Requirements:

  • Reliable, professional, and computer literate, with excellent communication skills
  • Preferably interested in health, fitness, and/or sports, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Must be friendly, vibrant, and outgoing, with the ability to effectively communicate in person, via email, and via phone

Essential Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position, including standing for long periods, sitting, walking, squatting, stooping, reaching, and bending above and below shoulder height
  • Must be able to perform pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50lbs at a time
