Customer Experience Representative

At Juut Salonspa, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Welcome guests upon arrival, check-in and check-out guests promptly and efficiently, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.
  • Front Desk Duties: Manage the front desk, including answering phones, booking appointments, and handling guest inquiries.
  • Product Knowledge and Sales: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, and make recommendations to guests to enhance their experience.
  • Salon Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized salon environment, including restocking supplies and tidying up the waiting area.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the salon or retail industry.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
