Bath Planet of St. Louis is seeking a highly motivated Home Improvement Sales Representative to join our team. As an In-Home Design Consultant, you will be responsible for developing relationships with pre-qualified homeowners and delivering our proprietary sales presentation on an iPad.
About the RoleThis is a full-time outside sales position that requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. You will participate in ongoing sales training and work independently to design new baths on our proprietary software and deliver price and close sales on a daily basis.
Responsibilities- Delivery of our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners on an iPad
- Participation in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis during our meetings
- Design new bath on our proprietary iPad software
- Deliver price and close sales on a daily basis
- Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
- Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline
- Ability to work independently
- Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required
