About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Coordinator at The Joint Chiropractic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our members and patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to members and patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Manage patient flow through the clinic, ensuring efficient and organized care.
  • Process transactions and maintain accurate patient accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date on membership options, packages, and promotions to effectively communicate with patients.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and support the growth of our clinics.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of professionalism.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Willingness to learn and grow, with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
