As an Office Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, managing logistics and scheduling, and performing accurate data entry tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, or in-person
* Coordinating logistics and scheduling for the operations team
* Performing accurate and timely data entry tasks
* Maintaining accurate records and databases
* Assisting with special projects as needed

Requirements:

* 3 years of experience in customer services, logistics, and data entry
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
