Position Overview: The Senior Executive Assistant (SEA) will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Epiphone Guitar Corp. This role is pivotal in overseeing daily administrative functions with a strong emphasis on effective communication and coordination for the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Administration: Manage the CEO's calendar, encompassing both professional engagements and personal commitments.
  • Travel Coordination: Organize and oversee travel arrangements for the CEO, which may include accompanying the CEO and family on trips.
  • Meeting Management: Proactively schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including VIP artist interactions.
  • Communication Management: Screen and prioritize incoming correspondence, ensuring accurate message delivery and follow-up.
  • Documentation: Draft and prepare various documents, including presentations for internal and external engagements.
  • Expense Management: Compile and submit expense reports in compliance with company policies.
  • File Organization: Maintain organized business and personal records.

Team Support:

  • Assist cross-functional teams reporting to the CEO.
  • Support the leadership team in preparing for meetings and events.
  • Participate in meetings to take notes and summarize action items.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership and external partners.
  • Coordinate personal and family schedules to prioritize business activities.
  • Travel with the CEO when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience supporting senior executives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
