Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Concord Hospitality. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a critical role in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Service: Provide efficient, courteous, and professional service to guests at all times.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Problem-Solving: Promptly and effectively address guest concerns and issues, ensuring timely resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Post guest charges, collect payments, and follow cash handling procedures as required by Concord Hospitality.
- Mail and Messages: Handle guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism.
- Knowledge and Training: Stay knowledgeable about the hotel brand, programs, and services to provide informed and personalized service to guests.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with various departments and management to share guest feedback and concerns.
- Emergency Procedures: Be familiar with hotel safety and emergency procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and colleagues.
