Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as the Director of Financial Education and Strategy. This key role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive financial education programs for students, as well as providing guidance and support to students on financial literacy and planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial education programs for students, including workshops, seminars, and online resources.
  • Provide one-on-one guidance and support to students on financial literacy and planning, including budgeting, saving, and investing.
  • Collaborate with campus partners to integrate financial education into academic programs and student life.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices in financial education and incorporate new ideas and strategies into programs and services.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to support financial education programs and services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, education, or counseling.
  • 4+ years of experience in financial education, student affairs, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial education programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Certification in financial planning or counseling.
  • Experience working in higher education, preferably in student affairs or a related field.
