Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Education Program Development: Design and implement comprehensive financial education programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students, including budgeting, debt management, and financial literacy.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the institution's goals and objectives.
  • Program Evaluation and Improvement: Conduct regular evaluations of financial education programs to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Staff Supervision and Development: Supervise and develop a team of financial education specialists to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality programs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including students, faculty, and staff, to promote financial education and awareness.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as financial planning, education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial education, program development, and management.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial education programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in a related field, such as a Ph.D. in financial planning or education.
  • Certification in financial planning or a related field, such as CFP or CFA.
  • Experience working in higher education, preferably in a financial education or related role.
