Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for representing Ashton Woods and promoting our homes to potential buyers. Your primary goal will be to identify and qualify prospects, initiate and expedite the home buying process, and achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Marketing
    • Achieve and exceed sales goals by effectively communicating company policies and procedures to prospects.
    • Identify and qualify prospects to secure sales.
    • Initiate, monitor, and expedite the home buying process.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Communicate the entire process to customers, including weekly updates during the construction of their home.
    • Address customer concerns promptly and involve the appropriate parties as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare various reports, including competition reports, sales reports, and traffic reports.
    • Maintain accurate records and data in the Lead Management System.
    • Complete company paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and vendors to ensure seamless sales processes.
    • Collaborate with Project Managers and other stakeholders to achieve sales goals.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with realtors and other industry professionals to generate referral sales.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Four-year degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
    • High school graduation or equivalency required.
  • Experience
    • Three to five years of residential home sales experience.
    • Home building industry experience required.
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to use word processing, email, spreadsheets, presentation software, and database software.
    • Knowledge of business English and ability to communicate patiently and professionally with internal and external customers.
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize several tasks without compromising quality of work or mission deadlines.

Working Conditions

The Sales Associate will work in a fast-paced environment, traveling to various locations for sales activity. The position requires occasional lifting up to 20 pounds and the ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English. Spanish language skills are helpful.
