As a key member of our Security Department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of security operations and ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate security operations and manage security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Implement security policies and procedures to prevent and respond to security incidents.
- Supervise and train security personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct investigations and gather evidence to support security incidents.
- Develop and implement safety and security policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security program.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous security and/or casino experience preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Gaming License.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be approved to drive company vehicles.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English and have basic computer skills.
