  7. Initiating Formal Evictions: Initiate formal evictions of disorderly persons, as necessary.
  8. Performing Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Safety-Security Manager and required by the Missouri Gaming Commission.

  6. Handling Keybox Alarms and Locating Missing Keys: Handle keybox alarms and locate missing keys.
  7. Escorting Vendors: Escort vendors while on property.
  8. Medical Incidents: Respond to medical incidents.
  9. Slot Tips, Cage Tips, Emergency Drops, and Responding to Ticket Disputes: Respond to slot tips, cage tips, emergency drops, and ticket disputes.
  10. Responding to Found Items, Found Money, Theft Complaints, Disorderly Patron Complaints, and Intoxicated Patrons: Respond to found items, found money, theft complaints, disorderly patron complaints, and intoxicated patrons.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Direct and supervise the Assistant Security Shift Supervisor, EMS First Responder, and Security Officers on a shift basis, as referenced in the gaming organization chart.

Qualifications:

  2. Ability to Multi-Task and Prioritize Work Demands: Ability to multi-task and prioritize work demands.

Education and/or Experience:

  1. High School Diploma or GED: Possess a high school diploma or GED.
  2. Minimum of 5 Years Previous Experience in a Similar Position within the Gaming or Hotel Industry: Possess a minimum of 5 years of previous experience in a similar position within the gaming or hotel industry.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Missouri Gaming Level II Gaming License required.

Language Skills:

Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Computer Skills:

Must have high-level computer skills with experience in Excel.

Reasoning Ability:

Planning, remembering details, using arithmetic, reading, directing others, making decisions, discriminating colors, working rapidly, working at various tempos, concentrating amid distractions, remembering names and faces, examining and observing details.

Physical Demands:
