Your Role as an eDiscovery Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to lead our global eDiscovery process. You will oversee all aspects of the eDiscovery lifecycle, collaborating with a team of legal professionals, investigators, analysts, and paralegals.

  • Centralized eDiscovery Management:

You will manage our Relativity instance, proactively overseeing data management, cost control, and relationships with eDiscovery IT service providers.

Advanced eDiscovery Expertise:

Lead complex eDiscovery matters within REL One, including searching, analytics, applying AI tools, refining search strategies, creating review workflows, and managing productions to third parties.

Process Improvement & Training:

Develop innovative eDiscovery processes and tools, identifying areas for optimization. Provide expert training and guidance to the CGI team on the effective utilization of eDiscovery technologies.

Resource Management & Collaboration:

Address resource needs, manage project workloads, and foster a collaborative environment within the team.

Your Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in eDiscovery or Litigation Support, including at least four years in a managerial role.
  • Extensive proficiency with Relativity eDiscovery platform, particularly REL One, and related advanced tools such as Relativity Assisted Review and Sentiment Analysis.
  • Undergraduate degree. A legal degree and/or high-tier Relativity certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in-house at an international company or within a law firm or consulting organization advising multinational clients.
  • Proven experience handling government investigations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to effectively collaborate across time zones.
